She will meet you where you are and get you to progress to the next level - whatever that is for you. We offer a variety of program models to meet your needs. Choose what works best for you!

MONTHLY TRAINING

The key to making a change is consistency. Join our monthly training program to start your fitness journey and then stay on track! We offer 30 or 60 minute sessions anywhere from 1-3 times a week. During these trainings we will work on developing skills and strengths that are directly related to your goals like building strength and increasing endurance. Our online training program includes customized meal plans, workouts tailored to your goals, and a weekly check-in with Coach Katrina.
